Sian Natasha is the Founder of HR Navigator, an evolution of her earlier consultancy, HR Nurse, established in 2018. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic HR advisory, workforce governance and complex employee relations across a range of sectors, including mining, construction, engineering, fintech, retail, robotics, supply chain, wholesale and manufacturing.
Sian is known for her personalised and pragmatic approach, adapting her style to work effectively with leaders and teams at all levels. Her expertise spans employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, governance frameworks, end-to-end recruitment, leadership coaching, workshop facilitation, and WHS and workers' compensation. She partners with organisations to provide clear, structured guidance that supports confident decisions and strengthens workforce capability.
